I’m Jordan Co-founder of Countess and mum to two busy little humans. I’m big on real life over perfection, good coffee, and building a business that fits around family not the other way around.
If I’m not juggling school runs or chatting with clients, you’ll probably find me at the beach, camping with the family, or parked next to a BBQ with good food and great company.
We started Countess after seeing so many brilliant business owners doing incredible things on the outside, while quietly stressing about what was happening behind the scenes. I know what it’s like to be spinning all the plates – business, kids, animals, life and still want everything to feel a bit more grounded and in control.
I care about ease, honesty, and giving you that “okay, I actually know what’s going on now” feeling. When I’m not sneaking in a coffee or planning our next camping trip, I’m usually working behind the scenes with clients and celebrating their wins like they’re my own.

I’m the detail-obsessed brain you want in your corner. While you’re busy running the show, I’m behind the scenes making sure the numbers line up, the reconciliations are spotless, and nothing important slips through the cracks.
Fuelled by a good almond mocha, I’ve got a knack for spotting the tiny things that make a big difference from odd transactions to smarter ways to streamline your systems.
I’m also mum to two busy kids, so balancing deadlines, emails, and snack requests is basically my superpower.
Outside of Countess, you’ll usually find me planning my next trip, wandering a vineyard, or hanging out with animals basically living my best life when there’s fresh air, good views, or a furry friend involved.
As co-founder, I help keep Countess and our clients running smoothly. I support businesses with day-to-day bookkeeping, tidy records, and clear, simple reporting so you always know exactly where you stand.
